Speech-language pathologists being the important component of health care professionals arevulnerable to Burnout syndrome. This generated a necessity come up with approaches eradicate this burnout by providing compensations from organizations and taking well being, job satisfaction speech-language pathologists. Objective: To assess among in clinical academic setup.Methodology: A cross-sectional study was held which (n= 133) completed an online survey 15 questions related Burnout. self-designed questionnaire developed help expert opinion literature review. Measures ratings included custom-made attitudinal statements towards pathologists.Results: The outcome demonstrates that 46.5% experience suggests there’s no substantial setup.Conclusion(s):Job contentment, pressure, were found be attributed several occupational aspects, comprising components need, assistance, reward. No prior surveys have analyzed interaction between various job, might increase or alleviate tension SLPs.
